For adults, take 1/2 heaping teaspoon (approx. 2 g) with at least 8 fl. oz. of water 30-45 minutes before a meal. Can be taken 1 to 2 times daily. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause the possibility of choking. Do not take immediately before going to bed.
